I've been editing a lot, and learning new ways to edit a photo in Photoshop CS6. I've learned a lot and I want to show you a Before & After photo, of what can I do editing.
The first photo only have a correction of light, and a philter for portraits.
The second photo is worked a lot. Can you guess that I can do workshops? Maybe later, but not too much :)
In this post I want you to know about my last trip to Berlin. It was one of the best weeks of my life. And I will tell you all!! (You must feel lucky... haha, no, just kidding!)
For arrive in Berlin, I had to take many flights... I mean too many..
(This is an outline of my trip...as you can see, too long!!) (Click on the image if you want a larger view)
Flying (:
I was totally tired!! Only 3825 km (aprox.) in TWO DAYS ):
This is the Zürich Airport!! I'm in Switzerland now!!
Wow, more than 24 hours away from home and still had not arrive in Berlin! I can not wait!!
Finally, before a very loooooong flight I arrived in Berlin!! It was very cold for me D:
(Aprox. -1ºC or -2ºC and I used to be at 19-20ºC in Canary Islands...)
A very fast visit to the Reichstag (German Parliament) and to the Brandenburger Tor (Brandenburg Gate), the symbol of Berlin!
I'm tired, so, goodbyeeee....
Second Day in Berlin:
A normal visit to the Reichstag:
Walking trough a bridge that crosses the river Spree, one of the most important in Germany.
Walking on the street called Unter den Linden Strasse, the most important street in Berlin!
Walking to the Alexanderplatz (Alexander's Square) I saw this amazing cathedral, called Berliner Dom. It is an evangelic cathedral since 1905. (Almost a century!)
Neeear Alexanderplatz!!!
This is the world-watch!! You can see the hour in almost all the countries!!
A lovely sweet shop in Alexanderplatz!
Then I went to this tower. It is called Fersehturm and the views of the city from there are awesome!
Lovely, right? Hahaha, this was a slightly macabre version that I made in Photoshop.
These are the views from that tower!
Shooting from the hotel's rooftop at night. Berlin is awesome.
Third day on Berlin:
In the third day I went to Oranienburg, a little city located at the north of Berlin.
This day could be the best day of that week, and it was! I visited a concentration camp of nazis in Oranienburg. (In german, concentration camp is called Sachsenhausen)
Just coming out of Berlin. I miss Berlin, PLEASE TAKE ME AGAIN TO BERLIN D:
mmm, I couldn't stop the train.. so, let's go to Oranienburg!
(Taking off)
You can see how much I'm in love with Berlin hahahaha..
I just arrived in Oranienburg and taked this photo, Oranienburg is very cold!
This wall is part of the concentration camp, I'm getting near!
Well, I'm now in the concentration camp, let's see and learn.
(Some of the barracks were the prisoners slept)
(A burned bathroom)
It's so sad the history ):
(A little jail in the concentration camp, where the prisoners slept when they were bad)
(Other burned bathroom)
(A big special tree. I mean BIG)
And here one of the uniforms/pyjamas of the prisoners. There is a book called "The boy in the Striped Pyjamas" (I think all people knows about it) and this is the same type of pyjamas that the boy wore.
Then I came back to Berlin to see the East Side Gallery. There is located a big free museum of the Berlin's Wall. Incredible!
Let's go!
Amazing paints in this wall.
An this S-Bahn station caught my attention. Do you think it is Morocco?? No, it is Berlin!
Berlin is universal.
At the night, I shooted in the Potsdamer Platz, were the Sony Center is located.
This is a police car in the British Embassy Street. The street is closed only for the Embassy! (:
This is a panorama of seven vertical photos that I made on the Potsdamer Platz.
Shooting in the hotel. This is the Berlin Hauptbanhof, the central station of Berlin.
And this is the entrance to the underground in Potsdamer Platz.
Fourth day in Berlin:
This day was not the best day of the week. But not the worst.
In this fourth day I visited the Sans Souci palace, in Potsdam, at the south of Berlin.
This is one of the palaces near Sans Souci.
At the evening, I went to the Victory's Column. It was incredible!
This is part of the Tiergarten. It's like the Central Park of New York. This lake is frozen!!
At the Tiergarten.
Climbing the stairs.. 285 steps!!!
The views from the first floor.
The views from the last floor.
And there is no more photos of this day, sorry :(
Fifth day in Berlin:
In the morning I visited the Holocaust monument.
(Be careful with ice.. I saw some funny falls, haha.)
Then I visited the Checkpoint Charlie. The main point where the people used to cross the Berlin's Wall.
And I visited the zoo in Berlin!!
My friend waiting for the photo.
Oh, man, I'm feeling better than anyone else here!
Helloo!
They were waiting for their photo too.
And this is an image that I want to share. I loved this museum, and I still loving it!! It is the first history museum that I like!! It is about the wall, that you can see here in the photo. Here is the raw wall, the true wall.
Sixth day in Berlin:
Unfortunately, I have to go home :(
And, indefinitely, I LOVE BERLIN.
Walking in the Tiergarten Park.
This is the Wansee Lake, at the south of Berlin. It was frozen!!
Some minimalists shoots of the Jewish Museum, in Berlin.
This was the ceiling!
Today Berlin is sad, because I leave the city.
Or just me :(
And finally, going back home.
I hope you enjoyed this trip with me. MAYBE I'm a little bit crazy, but this is funny. I enjoyed the trip, and I'm sure that I will repeat. I recommend you to visit this beatiful city.
And I hope (too), that my next trip will be to London, or maybe Ireland.
